@CybrBoy: okie dokie! If you've played soccer and have a high endurance, midfield is a really fun position! As far ask drills and skills, work on wrist strength and cradling! It's a stick maneuver used to keep the ball while running, and I can share some links below on how to do that. Once you get gear, playing "wall ball" with your stick will really help with coordination and reaction time, as well as catching and throwing! It's all around really helpful to practice. Also getting ground balls is very important, but that's a skill that takes a while and will probably be covered during practice.

Here are some YouTube links!

Hope this was helpful and lmk if you have any questions! :3

Hey there! I've been playing lacrosse for 6 years now, and I'd be happy to help you out! As far as supplies, they can be kinda expensive buying them new, and the girls/guys equipment is very different so you need to be aware of that as you shop. Goodwill is where I got the stick I've had for YEARS, but it can be a hit or miss there. Oddly enough, they're usually by the golf clubs??? Idk why. Also, don't underestimate the power of goggles!! They can be super annoying but are an absolute lifesaver on the field.

Do you know what position you're aiming for? I focus primarily on midfield but I've played all of them at one point or another and I'd be happy to give you some tips. Also, do you have any playing experience?
