I've heard that if it falls out you're supposed to hold it in place and get to the dentist ASAP
i'm pretty sure you've got a higher chance of it being able to be helped if you keep it where it's supposed to be.

a dentist is unavoidable in this situation

(i'd do some research just to be sure of what to do until you can get in to see the dentist about it)

I would probably consult a dentist if possible. If ur losing a lot of adult teeth, it may be caused by a broader problem, most likely a gum issue. I'm no expert of course, and I know dentists are super scary sometimes, but teeth are supa important and u deserve to have healthy chompers!

As far as the tooth right now, I don't think putting it back will solve the issue, especially if the roots are exposed. AGAIN THO, I'm talking from a place of little knowledge so researching it on a site that was written by experts is probably the best option if u don't have access to a dentist. For right now just make sure to keep the area clean, I think that's always a safe option with anything health related. My parents always made me gargle warm salt water to do this.

anyways, I hope the problem is resolved for you soon! love
