Gender Question??

Hiya, so I've been having a lot of...problems? With my pronouns/gender identity right now-
I've identified as a demigirl for years (She/They)
But recently, I've been having thoughts about using she/they/him, because of just how much it fluctuates.

Would I still be a demigirl or am I now genderfluid/genderflux? Anything anyone can help me with would legit be so fracking awesome, I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place rn-

hi!!! i completely get your confusion, identity and gender can be hard sometimes. if youre specifically going for a label, choose whatever feels most right to you. if you feel comfortable identifying as a demigirl, go ahead! also know that pronouns dont always equal gender. i hope this helps, i'm only just now figuring out my own identity lmao

pronouns don't automatically equal gender! for example butch lesbians have used they/he for years and drag queens who id as male often use she!! you can still use he and be a demigirl, i personally hate she/her because it's often used to misgender me but in reality i'm still somewhat female-aligned.

what pronouns feel good can be a great insight into your gender, but it's not a be-all end-all. take things at your own pace!

Pronouns are a super great thing to experiment with in order to see what fits and what doesn't. I'm not super up to date with all the labels you mentioned, but I do know that pronouns don't necessarily equate to gender identity, so it's totally okay to use whatever makes you comfortable even if you think it "invalidates" the label ur currently using (because it shouldn't!).

Also remember there's absolutely no shame in discovering a label you've been using for a long time no longer describes ur identity. Gender is super complicated sometimes and can change, and thats totally okay!! You can play around with whatever labels or pronouns u think could work, and if in the end u discover they aren't you, thats totally cool too!

In the end, don't be afraid to experiment w/ pronouns! I know how lost you can feel when it comes to gender and the labels that come with it, so be sure to take time for yourself and understand that even going without labels for a bit is okay too! Do what makes you comfortable, so long as ur not harming anyone in the process. I hope everything falls into place for you soon! love
