Age reg help

So I'm 13 and I age regress (to 5/6 if it matters) but like, my parents don't know and they'd just think it was weird so idk if y'all have any tips for what I can do without my parents questioning it. Currently I have a dragon pajama onesie, I eat dino nuggets and goldfish, and I have some stuffies but thats about it. Also idk if anyone has found a way to make a paci/teether out of perler beads or pony beads because I don't have one.

Also it is NOT a kink. DDLG is a kink. Age reg a coping mechanism.

Do you have any friends who live close by who could buy you a paci? I know my friend bought one for them and one for me and wrapped it up like a christmas present so that my parents wouldnt question. Also some roller skating rinks sell led ones that are more suited for age regressors unlike the baby ones youd find at stores.

i use one of those cake frosting spatulas? u know the rubber ones? idk what its called lol. anyway i wash it and take the top part off. i throw out the handle and use that top part, that has worked for me as an alternative to a teether thing. idk if that helps but yeah. you could also probably put it in the dishwasher lol idk

dio suggests not making one out of beads. dio is an age regressor and knows a thing or two about hiding pacis and little toys. honk hides honks pacis in their stuffies and in drawers behind all their stuff. parents don't go through dios drawers so its an easy way.
