@a1m0nd5: um i don't know where you heard that but it's not biphobic or homophobic in any way shape or form the song literally says 'love is not a choice' so that information is incorrect (not being mean just informing you) but still plur!

@Kandi_ayania: i dont wanna come off as rude, but a agree with almond. while, yes, the song does say "love is not a choice", it also has lines like "push another girl aside and just give in", implying that she should leave her gf or get over her (female) crush to be with him. theres also a line saying "a girl who cant decide" which presents bisexuals as ppl who are just confused and need to pick whether they like women or men. the possible lesbophobic stuff comes in with the line "if you change your mind you know where to find me", which is uncomfortably close to how tons of men approach lesbians thinking that they can "change their minds" (aka they think they can somehow turn a lesbian straight). also the chorus literally says "sophisticated, manipulated" in it so, its just a very uncomfortable song for lots of people. while every interpretation of the lyrics is valid, its important to recognize that this song can very easily be seen as bi/lesbophobic. plur <3!!

@simp4revali: i feel like you both are kinda taking this song out of context, the song is about brendon's first threesome and is not saying that "bisexuals can't decide omg they should just pick a side" if you didn't know brendon is pansexual and also a huge ally for the lgBtqia+ community. but i do not feel like getting in an argument rn (or at all) so if we can just agree to disagree that would be great!

@Kandi_ayania: i never knew he was pan, thats pretty neat! and yea, agreeing to disagree sounds great, arguing over a song isnt rlly productive at all lmao

@simp4revali: yea he was one of the reasons i came out as pan as well, it's good you agree to disagree! have a good day/night plur!rainbowsmile
