I literally cant related to the people who cringe at their old music tastes cause i listened exclusively to M.I.A, Regina Spektor, Melanie Martinez, Sarah Bareilles, and GLMV songs.

fnaf fan music and top 40, I didn’t have any time of electronic until I was eleven to listen to music on other a radio, cd, and tape cassette player so I was stuck on the only non staticky radio station which was exclusively top 40, my siblings old pirated music cds (which were fire but I didn’t appreciate their superior taste in music when I was nine), my moms phone, and literally every harry potter book on tapes that were constantly shredded by the radio

Weirdly, my music taste hasn't changed all that much, I'm just into more stuff now :/ I used to mainly like classic rock bc of my dad meanwhile now it's mostly punk/alt rock and some other genres lol

I liked video game music (like fnaf and batim songs) a lot more than I do now too
