Amazon has black, white, and rainbow elastic stretch cord. (That's where I get mine, and I gotta say its honestly pretty good rainbowsmile)

i used to get fat rolls of cord from amazon, but i genuinely advise against buying from amazon because of their insane workers rights violations that gets pushed under the rug. Beadtin also has similar, if not basically the same, string for around the same price.

some craft stores will have it and the plastic needles (btw are very yummy) are called yarn needles and it makes it easier to stitch, and I recommend to fabric covered elastic for cuffs or charms the clear fishing line is good for seed beads and singles sometimes doubles but,the fabric elastic is more securethumbsup

I usually get mine from BeadTin (they have a huge selection! A lot of different sizes and colors, as well as affordable) and sometimes JoAnn's, though I find them to be a little overpriced.
