my dad is very critical of people with hair dye and told me I couldn’t dye my hair, if you are safe enough and feel like no consequences other than judgement I would just do it! That’s what I did and I had no problems, but if you feel like something might happen as a result of dying your hair you better wait :[ good luck

if your hair is light you can use koolaid packets to dye it. There are also other natural/non dye hair coloring methods online. if it's not and you need to bleach it before dyeing i don't recommend doing that on your own. the bleach is extremely strong and you need ventilation.

sorry if this got dark, but my mom used this fact to convince my dad on letting me bleach and dye my hair. If someone gets kidnapped or gets lost, it's easier to identify and find someone if their hair is dyed. On that note, people will feel less inclined to kidnap you because of your easy to identify trope. I’m dogshit at explaining things so I hoped this made s ;-;
