What are your Autistic sensory issues?

Like most of my sensory stuff is really weird. Like towels make me want to cry, I’ve never been able to wear jeans, eating some frozen stuff, any type of socks besides the ones that I wear (I’ve been re-buying them for like 7 years), chewing sounds, even slightly dirty feeling hands mean I can’t even slightly function. More on the towels, if I touch a towel wrong I will come VERY close to screaming almost every time. People always treat it like it’s so dumb and I hate it, like bro please. Also a more normal one is I cannot STAND having hair in my face so when I’m having sensory overload I just want to shave my head because of how uncomfortable it is. And with the socks, if normal socks touch my feet, no they don’t because I would never let that happen. It makes me want to rip my hair out and scream. Uh yeah slay id

The other day I was cooking with some friends and the whole kitchen started smelling like the food (it was beans and tacos and stuff and it smelled so bad)

anything that is sticky- sticky feeling makes me want to explode i hate it sm. the feeling of seatbelts on my fingers makes me very uncomfy, big bright lights (like the ones in the middle of the room) I can't STAND it when those lights are on i literally go insane. and i absolutely HATE an textures on my feet. like everything is heightened so like any texture other than like,,, very specific socks makes me sob. tags on clothing. I cannot stand those dumb pieces of crap. teeth brushing, I hate the sounds and the textures are icky, like that one i can't escape but UGGHH. and certain fabrics leave the nastiest after taste on my skin ever it is literally a nightmare. drinking water out of any cup other than my favorite mug. I literally can't. any other cup makes me so uncomfy i literally sob. eating noises. and omg people touching you without asking or just,, randomly it makes me sob so hard. like physical contact from someone I did not allow is horrible. craft felt is so icky and yucky. big utensils. I CAN NOT eat anything with a big fork or spoon, i have to have a small one. we still have ones from when I was a little kid that are very small and have silly sesame street stuff on them and they are a GOD SEND. and like, pants when i'm trying to sleep, im super restless and move a bunch and they like,,, wrap around my legs and i HATE it. I hate it sm when clothes wrap around my body or sit in a way thats not normal. like if the seam is off by a centimeter I will scream and cry i hate it sm

yogurt, it makes me gag! its so gross unless it has a BUNCH of granola in it

another one is when my step family grabs my shoulders like ever herd of personal space?!

when ever little kids grab onto me, like unless its my family or a kid i have known/ babysat for years, but the kindergartners i work with are like AHHHHHHHHHH

and electric toothbrushes like ewwwwwwwwwwwww

chewing sounds (ewwwewewew) people being really close to me , paper towels, tight clothes, really hard scratchy denim but also soft denim, having short fingernails, having a stuffy nose, towels and other stuff but i can’t think of it rn
