I breathe in fours so I count to four then restart it helps me focus on something else besides my issue, or I play a lil I spy type game like pick a color, say green for example and try n find a specific number of green things, I usually choose 4 bc I like the number 4 if I'm like at home or I can, I like to hug stuffed animals, take a shower, drink a cup of tea, or pet my cat, I also have a lil yellow squishy guy I squish bc he's cute n stuff, I also like to draw or doodle yeah that's. Bonus tip, if I'm feeling anxious or triggerd or smthn I try to touch something (preferably something soft) smell something (like lavender or vanilla) hear something (single our a certain sound) look at something that catches my eye, and taste something if possible, those are the things I usually do and if all else fails a good cry or scream into a pillow helps to relieve anxious feelings (damn I wrote a whole ass book lol)
