AHHHHHH OKAY OKAY

recently this movie called Willy's Wonderland came out, and my dad showed to it me because it's based off fnaf, and now i have total brainrot. the story is clearly based of fnaf with the dead kids in animatronics, murders in a kids pizza place and a few other things but the story is just so much,,, better than fnaf. the story of Willy's is about like a cult of people who will take these kids into a "Super Happy Fun Room" then kill them, they would stuff them into the animatronic suits to hide the bodies, and when the police were called, they did a satanic ritual that would have them come back as animatronics, then they k1lled themselves. when Willy and the other murderers died, their spirits went into the animatronics, posseting them. The animatroincs started going out of Willy's Wonderland and went on a killing sprea, now i dont wanna spoil the movie so you can watch it on amazon video for 20 bucks, but if you dont mind spoilers then ill keep going in dms lol <3

art history, specifically dada art

Oml idek where to start

I guess ill start with “the comedian“ which is a bannana duck taped to a wall that sold for millions

I domt really think it should have sold for that much, it makes a great statement and i love it but i think the point could have gotten across at a lower price.

The comedian and many other works like it are examples of dada, dada is art that mocks art, by far my fav dada artist is duchamp, a basic choice ik, but they call him the dada of dada for a reason.

I adore the fountain by marcel duchamp, again, a basic choice, but its famous for a reason, i guess its the most well-known form of dada atleast for that time, it popularized dada art

The entire idea of dada is to stop playing by the rules and to mock art, and while i love myself some carravagio or van gogh, i def agree with dada, art is limitless yet so many confine thrmselves and others to still lifes and portraits, while theres nothing wrong with still lifes and portraits, theres def much more to art and an artists should be open to other art forms.

Anything is art, infact i have the belief that even life is art, life inspires art, so whats stopping life itself from being art?

Anything is art if you want it to be, aslong as either the creator/artist or the viewer feels something from the work, it is art.

Which brings me to another point, ive seen many people get upset at abstract art, and while artists like picasso and such are not my cup of tea, its still art, and if people get upset at abstract art, they just prove that its art.

Art is whatever you want it to be. Whether it holds meaning or not, its your desiscion, even if you cant sing or dance or act or sculpt or paint, you can still create art, all you need to make art is to have an open mind, animal05animal03animal05
