edit: now that i know its safe to say that i kin marceline the vampire queen

from what i can see or what i have been told, a kin is a character that a person heavily relates to or for some reason they have something in common. An example "Hi i'm a tamaki kin, i'm shy and socially awkward". Really just think about the character in general and the person who is kinning them

it’s either a fictional character or species that you heavily relate to or who you believe you were in a past life !!! for me, it’s both. i have some kins that i have memories for and some that i don’t, but i genuinely believe they were all me at some point in time

ive seen a few definitons, but the one ive been using is any character you heavily relate to in some way
