How do I get someone to leave me alone? (TW SA)

This girl I've been friends with for like a year has started to like be toxic and SA me serval times, I've told her to not talk to me anymore but she keeps texting me and butting into my conversations.

I have no idea what to do at this point and I'm really close to just reporting her to the school. But I feel like that won't do anything because I've done that before with other people and the school hasn't really done anything about it.

1) Block them 2) tell them how you feel and how that they need to find a new friend 3) And when that doesn't work go feral on them attack their dignity and their personality.
