If you're ftm/mtf and someone asks you your gender say ur real gender and act like its dumb to not have figured that out. Be like" yeah im a boy/girl i have short/long hair and i dress like a boy/girl its pretty obvious haha" and they will automatically assume you're cis no questions asked absolutely no doubts
