@felixforsure: thank you! I haven't shaved in about 3 years so it wasn't weird at all! I wear alot of men's clothing and your right it really does help! Your ideas are awesome and I'm probably gonna try them out! I personally can't bind bc of a chronic illness that involves chest pain so that sucks, but none the less I'm gonna try sum of these ideas!

Hiya! Apologies if some of these tips get a little too deep/uncomfy, but I wanted to add anything I could think of it cause it helps!

For me personally, wearing men's clothing always helped before I was able to cut my hair short. Even buying a simple T shirt from the men's section and knowing it was from there made me feel good. Sweatshirts are also a superrrr popular thing I've heard trans masc people wear to help with dysphoria, though I personally find them too hot confused

Something else I do that is kinda niche was I didn't wax or "clean up" my eyebrows. It was always a point of confidence for me LOL. Also not to get toooo weird but I stopped shaving my legs and pits, but if that makes you uncomfy you can always shave! It's a less drastic change that can be reversed super easily so I wanted to add it just in case.

Wearing hats is also a great idea! beanies are awesome for throwing ur hair up into!

If you're looking for other things that go beyond appearance, using men's deodorant and cologne could help as well! It would always pick up my mood a bit on particularly dysphoric days.

Binding is also an option I'm sure ur aware of. if you don't have access to that, wearing undergarments that don't maximize the appearance of ur chest can help as well, such as a sports bra. But its totally up to preference!

I know dysphoria can be a huge pain in the butt, but just know that you're 100% valid no matter your style or appearance. I hope things get easier for you soon, and I hope some of this could be of help! twirlingheart

You can find lots of masc contour tutorials on youtube that make your masc features more defined, however you might need to tweak the steps bc not everyone has the same face shape tongue

Good luck >0< cheer
