i follow the pattern but i'll be making it and retrying but every time there is a gap. and example of a pattern i'm doing http://kandipatterns.com/patterns/misc/bleeding-rainbow-cuff-3878 the pattern looks incorrect so i add another black bead. on my jake cuff it looks like it has a gap too. my deadmau5 one looks fine though. is it me or the pattern? is there an easy fix? i really don't want to take it apart agaiin

Could you show a picture of this gap? Gaps and mishaps can happen for a variety of reasons. Just saying you have a gap in your work is a just a tad bit vague.

Yeah, uh could you upload a picture showing the problem because "a gap" could be many things as Crumpet explained

well, other people have made that pattern without any problems so it must be something you're doing. I'm having a hard time imagining what you mean by, "looks like it has a gap." do you mean a literal gap between beads, or a bead that's the wrong color creating the illusion of a gap? if it's the former, the very first row of the cuff (the single bracelet) should have exactly double the amount of beads as the rest of the rows as you work your way up. so if the base is 30, all the other rows need to have 15. if it's the latter, it's probably a problem with how you are following the pattern. it's probably just a silly mistake if you have made other patterns without any problems. some patterns can be harder to follow than others.
