hi I wanna make kandi and have packages coming in soon but I'm bored and not patient soooooo should I make a rotating cuff or ufo cuff? (also give colors) I've never made a ufo cuff so im gonna be confused lol but I've made 1 rotating cuff and I don't like the color combo.
