I understand that issue. I ended up picking earplugs to help cancel out as much sound as possible. Also transferring into online was an easy way to help eliminate rowdy and loud classrooms. I have my TV set to not pass a certain volume and ive established that if things get loud or out of hand at home. I stay in my room or sit outside. Also for volume, i also keep subtitles on incase it gets worse on some days. Its really about finding things that work for you. Earbuds are cheap and helpful, and surrounding yourself with quiet spaces like a library to focus. Those are just some suggestions to help //pos
