whats the difference between peyote and multi stitch?

they kinda seem the same to me... or am i doing it wrong?

Peyote is flat and then you sew together the ends once they fit together, like a puzzle. A multi is one single and then you're just weaving the beads through every other bead.

peyote is flat, where as if you were to do a multi, it would turn into a cuff. Similar weave, but you start them differently.

yeah theyre similar. For cuffs, the beads go in different directions. And the multi is like a peyote stitch designed specifically for cuffs.

They are similar the only real difference is that you start them off differently
