UGH I FORGOT THE BODY IS LACTOSE INTOLERANT AND I CONSUMED LACTOSE. MY STOMACH FEELS LIKE I'M BEING ST@BBED SEND HELP OMG. THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF WE WERE WEARING THESE TIGHTS THAT WERE SUPER TIGHT AROUND THE WAIST WHICH MADE IT WORSE AND WE DIDN'T EAT BC OF THE PAIN SO IT'S EVEN WORSE ANNNNNND I WANNA EAT SOMETHING BUT THE PAIN IS MAKING ME NOT WANT TO AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH SOMEONE HELP HOW DO I GET RID OF THISSSSS

drink mentos and a bunch of poprocks/jk! But fr tho just ecrackers or bread to obsorbe the milk or whatever lactose u arte/drank

if you are able to get into more comfortable clothes, do that first, then eat something easy to stomach like crackers, buttered noodles, etc. and drink some ginger ale. hope you feel better soon!
