Question about age regression/pos/gen/safe

I wanted to know if all age regressers are Littles, I also wanted to know if age regression can be caused by experiencing traumatic things in your childhood,I think I might be agre and I want to learn more abt it, bc all I've heard is the stigma. I really like toys and I collect them they bring me alot of joy, I like mlp, lalaloopsy, LPS, monster high, sqishmallows, little plush Keychains, and other cute stuff. I also really like kids shows and movies, like mlp, adventure time, over the garden wall, Disney stuff like, princess movies my fave is princess and the frog, and my favorite movie is where the wild things are. I really love alot of the stuff I did when I was little, and it makes me really happy and brings me alot of comfort. I also wanna start making and collecting doll houses. Anyway yeah agre ppl are valid, and seem like a cool group.

I have impure regression and its deeply rooted into childhood trauma so its more of a lot of tantrums and breakdowns than the pure regression or age dreaming. Its very difficult for me to regress without the crying so whenever i do, its great. I deal with a lot of anxiety and stress so that also triggers my regression.
