Hey! Someone on here is fakeclaiming systems at the moment. Do not pay attention to this person and the comments they make. You deal with so many hard things as a system, and I’m very proud of you! You are valid if you have introjects. You are valid if you have lots of alters, or only a few. You are valid if you switch lots, or rarely. You are valid if you have lots of LGBTQ+ alters. And more! You and your system are valid, and not all systems are the same!
