warning tho!! they can be quite expensive (whenever we go to our local one, my mum told me to only look at the sale rack or if i see something i like to come back later when its on clearance or sale bc of how pricy it is) and shipping fees can be quite expensive too

so uhm, online stores like etsy n depop r good depending on what ur looking for, etsy is great cuz ur supporting small businesses! n depop is basically like an online second-hand/thrift store w rly neat stuff, n also thrifty type-y stores r gonna be ur best friend

on the topic of thrift stores, irl thrift stores, mostly goodwill, have been having TONS of rly neat stuff, me n my friend went there once n we scored 2 pairs of ttripp pants!! especially now w the "uwu alt demonias, bunny hats, n pipeline punch rawr meow XD tiktok owo" trend falling out a LOT of those ppl r just giving their cool funky wunky stuff to goodwill for super duper cheap n just, YES

i cant remember any small online businesses similar to hot topic (except 100000007x better) off the top of my head except for VampireFreaks (they can get slightly pricey tho) but theres a BUNCH of emo/scene small businesses that have profiles on SpaceHey (new MySpace) which i can link for you later just cuz i havent actually actually looked at em yet
