A full sleeve is essentially a really long cuff, but most people like to taper them in towards the wrist so they fit better. Otherwise you end up with a huge gap at the end of your wrist because the top of your arm is normally a lot fatter than your wrist. Here's a page about increasing/decreasing: http://beadwork.about.com/library/weekly/aa080497.htm to decrease, you can just skip a bead (and then weave the thread to hide it if you want). To increase, put two beads instead of one. Both decreasing and increasing will come out better if you use mini pony beads in those places instead of full-sized ones, e.g. instead of skipping completely, put a mini pony bead, and instead of adding two normal pony beads, add two mini pony beads. Warning: I have tried increasing/decreasing and it looked pretty messy. Plus tapering will distort the design unless you taper in an area that's a solid color.

Isn't it just a REALLY LOOOOOONG cuff? Or am I not thinking of the same thing? e_e
