If you're using on a computer, just put your mouse in the section thas says "photos" and click onupload photos, then you can select something from your files or anywhere the pic is saved (after that you can crop or edit the photo by clicking on it), after you press "add" on the bottom right you can put a description, what is the pic about (like, if it's a cuff, a perler etc.) and also title it

If it's on your phone click on the upper left ( on the three lines tha appear) and press in photos, from that point is basically the same process
