i just made a mini rotator cuff!! its basically made with a normal one layer x base cuff and you do what u would do for the beginning of a ufo cuff but u add 3 beads to each section, and also dont add the beads to make them into spikes bc if u did that it wouldnt fit onto a one tier x base cuff, and then u just make a big long single for the rotating part ))))))) you can also use a rlly small cuff for the rotating part if u wanna!! heres the picture i used for a reference to make mine!!

@B0X_0F_RATS: OOH that seems pretty cool! Except I'm already working on a rainbow rotating cuff and sadly I dont have perler beads :,)

you could make a rotating cuff where it's entirely shades of blue n then on the rotating part you could attach duck perlers or charmz (this general concept could work with a lotta things, ducks in water was just the first that came to mind for me :77)
