why are there so many forums abt "what's your opinion on [controversial thing]"??? you know it's gonna be a bloodbath down there. this shit's never gonna come out as a civil conversation, especially not on a sight filled with dumb, reactionary teenagers.

@trickster_brostrider: yeah true, sadly I havent had many irl encounters with kandi kids especially bc of the pandemic but i've seen some kandi kids online who are really toxic :/

@trickster_brostrider: i was half joking, and half not. i do like to listen to peoples opinions because it opens up possibilities to add onto my opinion and opens up new doors to change my opinion. but, if people have just awful fucking argument or opinion, im gonna tell them their fucking stupid and wrong and that my opinion is now a fact thanks to them.

@_n0t_sur3_: I love giving my opinion in an educational, constructive way. I HATE witnessing people giving their opinions in a way that's clearly just, a cesspool of negativity, even in a justifiable way. But maybe that's just BPD lol. can't handle that shit.

@Maxitlas: I've had enough/witnessed enough horrible experiences with ppl on here to assume that a good majority of ppl aren't gonna be civil when it comes to controversial topics. IRL though??? IRL kandi kids, especially older, 16+ ones, are fuckn great, like, 90% of the time.

i agree, I think that some like are inherently gonna become a bloodbath and just rude but also I think that some can be civil?? or as civil as an opinion thread can get yk. I dont really like interacting with them too much though. i feel like some of them kinda make negativity for no reason, which is upsetting because like a big part of the kandi community is PLUR, and some of those like opinion threads directly go against PLUR by brewing negativity and direspect when it could be avoidable. /nm
