I use a tackle box for mine! it's super helpful especially with mini perlers

I have a bucket + a thing of pre-organized beads dumped out into a big box and am in the process of painstakingly organizing all of them into their own slots one by one into these janky ass bead containers because I fucking hate myself

don't do that

I've seen some people have them all sorted out into different jars (which could be cool if you have a bunch of empty pill bottles lying around)

you could also use those hardware organization bins for not-horribly-annoying and pretty spacious storage (they're not all that expensive either)

to make the whole process easier, you could do the reasonable but kinda expensive thing which is buy all the colors separately, or you can do this straw hack thing which I cant manage to wrap my head around but apparently it works really fuckn well
