I wanted to see what different kinds of art you guys like! since I was a toddler art has always been so special to me, and it helps me make sense of the world.

I like kandi, (duh), perler beads, traditional art like sketching, inking, and painting (acrylic and watercolor!!) I love clay and sculpting but I kinda suck at it, lol. I also love collages! And theater! and cosplay! :D oh and digital

here’s some of my art!

my oc lia! she’s in a play I wrote for camp! wip
a painting I did based off surrealism and this one Japanese artist? I can’t remember her name. But it’s based off my severe separation and general anxiety as a kid. Minor gore warning!

a watercolor painting of my favorite kandi kid/tiktoker, @plantt33th/sky! They’re literally so cool I love them Isjejsjsj

collage I’m working on! It’s on my closet door! It’s a bunch of “kawaii” stuff, and even though im not really into that stuff now it’s still pretty cool!

I don’t take requests, and I don’t have commissions so please don’t ask! Thank you

I like doing digital line art(one line art), 3d art design(im taking a class and its awesome), air dry clay, wire, and sometimes acrylic painting. I dont like doing sketches cause im some form of a perfectionist and abandon my sketches if i dont like it

i mostly work digitally, but i really like doing all sorts of things! anything from painting to cosplay, all sorts of art is really cool and fascinating to me :0 ive been trying to do more writing recently, tho i have no ideas for stories or anything so im a little stuck khklfgd

usually i just draw ocs, but a lot of my art's also just game fanart lol (i have half a sketchbook of zero escape stuff alone that i filled in less than a month, and thats not even all of the ze stuff /srs)

if anyone was curious what it looked like, i post my oc art on toyhouse, tho i dont really have any place for anything else, but if i had a way, i could definitely show anyone who's curious!

as far as art STYLES go, I take a lot of inspiration from absurdist and surrealist artists! ESPECIALLY Salvador Dali, not necessarily in color or composition but in that Dali often took inspiration from his dreams and the themes they presented. Dream work is always some of the most personaL! A lot of my dream related pieces have themes of angels, eyes, and being watched over in an unnerving way, but they're always comforting and familiar, at least to me. Which is why they're the ones that, if I had a choice, I'd totally get installed somewhere, bcs they're my favorite.

A lot of my favorite art mediums to work with are sensory based, they feel smooth and satisfying to work with.

-nail polish and acrylic paint (sometimes mixed with glue) are my favorite forms of this, but when I'm just working on paper I like watercolor/gouache too!

Of course I do a lot of flat pieces on paper, but I also love working with decorating things. Some people think it's more "craft" then "art", I think they're dumb and elitist and don't know how to have fun and how dare they trick my mom into thinking her pottery isn't "real art" HOW DARE TH-

-I do this with nail polish on resin a lot, but I also love decorating jars, pacis, bottlecaps, pots, pill bottles, stuffed animals, clothes, and other increasingly eclectic things. This can also include kandi and general accessory making!!!

By far my favorite projects are mixed media ones, they feel so much more weighty and satisfying then just drawing on paper!!!! The results can be childish and weird and useless but they're always uniquely MINE! I've loved this shit since I was a kid, I've never been so glad that my mom is a total Pinterest freak

I mostly draw and make kandi but I also like painting and sewing! i have felt pieces cut out to make a jeff the killer plushie but I haven’t gotten a chance to start making it since we’re adopting the 3 cats living under our porch

and for painting i like painting patches for my backpack and crust pants, i also use beer bottle caps (that my dad drank not me lol) to paint on and glue safety pins on the back to make pins big grinD

i don’t rly post my art anywhere except for wattpad cuz wattpad is easy to work for me lol

hello! I have a question for everyone that sees this. Did anyone else’s art career peak in 4th grade?? I was in my undertale phase at that point so I was abnormally good at drawing skeletons. But somehow I was absolute garbage at drawing humans??? What even. I have a little red folder filled with all my undertale art from then but for the love of god I cannot find it.kao cry
