ive been struggling a lot with gender lately. On a gender spectrum, left side being boy, right being girl, id probably be in the middle but slightly edging towards right. i dont like the labels demigirl and girlflux,, but using the label nonbinary feels wrong because i dont fit into what every other nonbinary person is like online,, :/ i do experience quite bad dysphoria and thats how i know im not female but im still so confused,, any help would be appreciated.

id say genderfluid or genderqueer, but you can also just choose not to label! my best friend doesnt use labels and theyre perfectly fine lol- they just describe themselves as "a genderless blob vibing on a big floaty space rock" lmfo

To be fair, nonbinary is also an umbrella term, and everyone experiences their gender differently, so you don’t have to feel the same as every other nonbinary person online if you wanna use that label. But if you want to, I also recommend looking through some other terms/labels (genderqueer, agender, neutrois, demigender, etc) and seeing if those might apply! I hope this might have helped /gen

@lesbianmagicalgirl: there's no perfect way to be non-binary or enby! don't compare your journey with gender to others in a negative way, as each is different and unique and just as valid as anyone else's.
being non-binary isn't confined to being perfectly androgynous, or whatever image you have in your head. there's no rules to it, its kind of the point of "non"-binary!

i have excellent news kao happy

there's no rules for being nonbinaryhappy

you can still identify that way even if you're not like "every other nonbinary person" online ! kao smile

i struggled when i first realised i'm non-binary because i felt like i "wasn't nonbinary *enough*" to identify as such. i'm still not 100% sure and that's ok too!

@Okuajub: yeah, i might stick with non-binary tbh,, i just feel kinda guilty that everyone else online seems to perfectly fit into the idea of being 'enby' apart from me :/

librafem, agender, or demiflux/demifluid?

maybe agender, bigender, genderqueer or genderfluid?

well, you don't have to be like other non-binary people are like online. non-binary is anything thats not strictly girl or boy. if that's how you feel, then the non-binary label is open to you!
also, you don't need a label if you don't want one. but if you do, you might consider genderqueer as well?

hmmm well the way i found my gender is by just looking around the lgbta+ fandom wiki, theres loads of different labels on there so ur bound to find something that fits you and even if u dont u can always consider coining your own term as well :33
