@Enter_fandom_here: yeah, don't do this! sports bras are way tighter than binders, and all that pressure on your ribs is equally way worse than wearing a binder. I hope you don't mind me butting in here, Enter. just want y'all to be safe.
a sports bra and a tank top folded up (to look like a crop top) will be safer, and hopefully still have a flattening visual effect. (we use this on lazy days)
loose clothes in layers is what worked for us when we didn't have the resources.
if you like packing, you can make a sock packer. (I won't post any links for possible NSFW connotations)
you could practice vocal training, it gets your mind off the dysphoria, and can deepen your voice (though, don't go too hard on it, take a break if its starts to strain!)

if u dont have a binder try putting on a sports bra then another one backwards I saw it on a tik tok but im no sure how safe it is so be careful!

If you have any gender-affirming items use those (be safe ofc)

Do anything that can give you a sense of euphoria

Distractions, distractions, distractions

this sounds corny but try and say affirming things in the mirror eg. I am a man etc.

Sadly I feel there arent many ways that are 100% effective

remember you are so handsome and loved dm me if u need any additional support beating heart
