asking for an adhd diagnosis

so i was recently thinking about asking my parents for an adhd diagnosis. ive suspected that i have adhd for over a year now, but my parents can be sort of judgemental about these kind of things. any advice would be appreciated

personally, i dont have adhd {not that i know of.} so i might not be aable to help much, but i would recommend going at it slowly? maybe suggesting things, or just asking if you can have a talk with them and ask them then, maybe also explaining why you think you have it? sorry i cant help more
