!CW! venting, talk about parents and relatives,

(sorry i wrote a lot )

I always get mad at the smallest things, but it's not with my friends or just anyone. Its usually with my aunt or my mom, I don't really know how to explain it but like they could move something in my room or touch me accidentally and I will completely freak out and start feeling like I have to cry sometimes but its usually just like this angry feeling in the pit of my stomach. I honestly don't know what's wrong with me. and it only happens in bursts too, It will be gone for a couple of months, and then it will come back. Does this happen to anyone else?

my dad is always wanting to hug me or like have his arm on me and i hate it. ive told him that and he still does it. i dont like physical contact, im not the kind of person that likes hugs.
