Why do people want to trade for like 5x the amount of stuff you are willing to trade

I've been trying to trade with a few people and I've come to notice that some people want practicallly every kandi creation I have made. Literally. Any advice? sad

I tend to ask for a big group of singles, or like 4-5 medium sized things, but I always trade fairly back with 3D's and large peyote necklaces.. I don't usually have a problem with people asking for alot, as long as we're in the same effort range(note: NOT size). I'm having a similar problem as well. What I did was I agreed on a bunch of smaller trades, so it gives me time to make other requests as well as filling out their list. Moreover, I still get continuous packages from the person. So there's no scamming and no unfairness. Otherwise, just tell them no. There's nothing wrong with being honest.

when ppl want to trade with me, I ask for small things, or one big thing. I only ask for more if they ask "are you sure thats all you want? cuz i will trade more" or something to that effect. I also ask for a lot of small things if they want something HUGE from me. Also, I always tell ppl to choose many things so i can tell them if they are up for grabs or not. I always do the same for them, and i tell them thats what im doing winking

That's part of the reason I don't really trade. Id like to, but people want so much its hard to get everything done when I have my own projects on the side and a life.

Can't you just be firm and say no, I only want to trade X number of pieces? It's not unreasonable to ask for a smaller trade, especially if you're trading with other people too. Personally, I would be wary of trading with anyone who seems greedy like that. It shows that they're probably not into kandi for the right reasons. They just want as much kandi as they can get.
