Is it possible to make a heart with vertical beads??

If possible, could someone tell me how I can make a kandi heart with the beads facing up? I'm trying to make a bi heart as part of something I want to make for a friend.

Here is a tutorial by Turbo Beads. To connect them, the way I do it is lay the design against the cuff, try to match up a few beads around the edge, and maybe one in the middle, loop string through the beads and tie it. I hope this is an okay description, I looked around for a tutorial or better description and couldn’t find one. I hope this helps!
