how do i make a kandi tutu

the kandi tutu I want to make is completely out of beads but I don't know how to make it do I just make a singl around my waist and add little things that hang down from that or is there something specific I need to do

I would definitely start off with just a super large single to go around your waist, then like moonlightprincess said, do like an x-cuff with it. I'd start with smaller points, like 5-bead points, and go larger from there (7 beads, 9 beads, etc.) I do the same thing with my beanies, but I go larger to smaller.
