Can someone take a picture I have and make a pattern of it for me?

I have this really beautiful picture of my grandmother when she was a teenager I want to make it with perler beads but I can't get it to look right in the pattern maker I tried This picture has a lot of meaning to as my grandmother passed away back in 06' the picture I have is of the painting of her someone did for my grandfather when he was in the Navy. All I want for the pattern is her

hello it is really hard to make pictures like that but you can go to paint on your computer and open it and than click on view and click grid lines and size the picture or you can use bead tool open the picture there and beinging that you can't save in beadtool you can use a camera to get a picture thats what i do and i would make it but i,m not good with making patterns like that picture
