new to dressing scene, tips?

sorry this has probably been posted here a lot of times lol but i’m mainly struggling with hair- most of the hair extensions ones i see on Amazon only come with 1 of each color when I would want 2 of each

plus i’m not sure if i wanna cut my hair to be scene i have long wavy hair and i like it, or is there a way i could make it look more scene w/o cutting it (besides hair extensions of courseXD)? i don’t know i feel like if i change my hairstyle i’m gonna regret it

and my parents don’t allow me to go to spencers anymore and i say anymore because for some reason it was fine during my south park phase??
