I don't know if this is a really good place to post this but like does anybody have any arm exercises I could do in the morning and night without waking my parents up or taking tooooo long? I've been doing 20 pushups before I sleep and 10 when I wake up. (And ever once in a while ill do in the morning five of the like wall corner push ups????) I've been wanting to get stronger arms for quads, and to just have strong looking arms so yeah any and all help is welcomed and invited obviously
