Posting Videos?

Would there ever be a way in the future that would make it possible to post videos?

Pretty sure it was a feature in the past judging on a couple of profiles. I think it would be pretty cool if we could do that again <3

(I don't mean for this to come across as a demand or to add extra work on the website, just curious!/gen)

Sorry, you are unable to reply. If the thread is still open, you might have been blocked from commenting due to spam or abuse, or we might not have been able to verify that you are a real account. Try updating your profile and interacting more on the site. There are greater restrictions on forum comments due to spam. Spam comments will still not be published, even for verified accounts

It used to be a thing, but you could only ever upload YouTube links (due to the difficulty/expense of hosting videos directly on here), and then YouTube started being an asshole with their API and locking it down plus kept disabling my API access every few months, so I gave up on it. I am not 100% sure if the Youtube API is still that bad. It’s probably worse, to be honest. Things like that get worse over time >.<
