help me with a debate for school ^_^

haii so in my english class we are doing debates on whether or not social media should be restricted for teens and i wanted to hear anyones opinion or any rebuttals since this forum is such a safe space i wanted to ask here 1.gif the side i was assigned is No,Social media should not be restricted, anything helps 21.gif!!

@RoryMakezKandi: it was! sorta.. the opposing group was really lazy and just got mad they lost when they didn't put any effort into it, it was honestly much easier to debate for restrictions but they just weren't prepared awesome1

You could say stuff about self expression, learning social and communication skills for text-based interactions, separating personal vs public life, etc.
