Any fictive introjectz and fictionkinz (maybe zomeone whoz both??) I need help pleaze

ahhhh ok i made a pozt before but now im kinda zo everywhere idk what to do

Zo im watching an rp zeriez on yt and zince a character haz been introduced ive become like very fixated on the character. Anytime theyre on zcreen my mind iz kinda like "hey, thatz me!" and anytime i refer to the character i refer to them az me (and i dont even think about it when i do it, i dont realize it until after i do that) and my perception of zelf haz alwayz been mezzed up, but now it feelz clearer a bit? like i look like zaid character and my voice and lately i often find myzelf thinking, talking, and acting like zaid characcter and i want to be refered to and zeen az zaid character. however itz not conztant, it fluctuatez? itz moztly like i am very much that character but then there are timez where im juz noah/twig and then there are timez (like rn az im typing thiz) that im kinda blurred together az both? idk if im fictionkin or if itz a fictive introject or zmth and i juz really want to know, i dont like not knowing, i feel weird

as a introject please get off your phone for a bit cause in 5 years none of this will matter.. go outside brother smell a flower sit at a creek and listen to the water rush against the rocks as nature sings its symphony

@Noah_isSilly: uhm , i dont think you can just suddenly become a fictive ? you would of have to been one from the start . im not trying to be mean , i just dont think thats possible .

I don't know what any of those terms mean, but what i do know is if you are so obsessed with a piece of fiction to the point you can't separate yourself from the fiction, you need to take a break.
