Many overlapping problems with website

I tried to pos/t a thre-ad with a li/nk but can’t tell if it got eaten or is just temporar/ily unpu/blished for review. I tried to look for help but the for/um se/arch is inaccessible and only lets me do us/er se/arch no matter what I clic, so I tried to po/st a thr/ead with a more detailed que/stion about it, but it said my top/ic was re/petitive and would not let me. I have censored words here in hopes that mechanism won’t kick in here! I’m so frustrated and feel like I can’t use the site. Does anyone have help for even one of these issues?

Sorry, you are unable to reply. If the thread is still open, you might have been blocked from commenting due to spam or abuse, or we might not have been able to verify that you are a real account. Try updating your profile and interacting more on the site. There are greater restrictions on forum comments due to spam. Spam comments will still not be published, even for verified accounts

I have enabled a panel on your profile so that you can view all of your threads - including the ones that are pending approval. Only you can see it; other users can't see it.

I've also been looking into why your post was lost, but from our end it looks like the thread text should have been preserved, so I can only assume there was an error when redirecting back to this site from Cloudflare. I'm still looking to see if there's anything I can do to prevent it from happening again.

@Sarracenia: If a thread has been posted successfully, you will be redirected to your thread but there will be a big orange box at the top saying “This thread is pending approval by a moderator. Only you can see this thread until it has been approved. Nobody can reply to the thread until it has been approved.“

It sounds like something went wrong for you with the redirect between Cloudflare and the site because it shouldn’t lose the post like that.

@Peanut: Thank you! I'm okay with the post having to go through review, but what I'm wondering is if there's a way to see if it made it into review or if it just got eaten, since it seemed like the site was bugging out real bad when I tried to post it and there was no indication of whether or not it had actually gone to review. I can't find anywhere to see if I have posts under review. Is there any way to tell? If not, how long should I wait before rewriting it?

Its an automatic thing especially with links. we've had users post links to either unsafe sites or sites we don't have affiliation with and if something happens like off site bullying. There is not much we can do. So there is a safety feature with links to flag it to the mods and also a warning if a thread has an outside link. If accounts are newer they are more likely to need a mod to approve or sit in approval jail for a small amount of time before it approves. just to limit if it is a spam account or something to that effect

Some things on the site are in maintenance so some things may also act up.

thats normal dont worry, its kinda like if you post a photo on a thread, a moderater has to look over it to make sure its safe.

@P1nk_Mal1bu_Barb13: According to the popup message they get flagged for review by mods, which is fine, but I want to know how to tell if my post was flagged for review or if it was eaten.
