not a real kandi kid?

Someone told me that if I wear dark clothing then I'm not a real kandi kid. I like to wear tie dye, light, and dark shirts. Does it really matter? I mean, isn't being a kandi kid about what makes you happy and all? I don't like wearing neon shirts. I only like a little bit of neon not too much. What should I do?

Wear your dark clothes, wear your kandi, and wear some shades so you can't see the haters

I would just ignore them and im going say it dosnt matter what you wear being a kandikid is what makes you happy and remember plur

Dont listen to em every kandi kid is diferrent personally I like to wear black because at night it makes the kandi pop!.wear what you want. Kandi kids don't judge and those who judge you are not teal kandi kids..they left out thr respect portion of plur. So yea dont worry wear what you want thays all

Kandi kids are people who make Kandi, what they are describing are Scene Kids. Those are the ones who like wearing neon colors. Scene Kids often are mistaken for Kandi Kids because Scene kids sometimes wear Kandi. You can be a Kandi Kid without being a Scene kid. As long as you make your Kandi, you are a Kandi kid

here is what i usually say "let people call you whatever they like. you know in your heart what you are and like and only you know" it really ends up to opinion hope this helped

p.s. i am or would be called emo and i love kandi so what bellacharisse14 says is true you can be an emo kandi kid, normal kandi kid, scene kandi kid you get the idea lol
