what should i do fer my birthday?

im turnin' 14 in 11 days, but i have no idea what ta do fer my birthday :< i wanna do somethin' fun i can invite my friends to, but i don' wanna do it at my house. i already have a few ideas but i wanna hear suggestions! also i fergot ta ask my mom if doin' somethin' that costs money is an option, so things like that are "maybes".

my current ideas

~goin' to a park i live really close to with my friends n' havin' the party there. the problem with this is the park is surrounded by a lot of houses, plus there's a church next to it an' me n' my friends can get really loud sometimes. plus other people might wanna go to the park while we're there

~goin' to an arcade. i've been to a few birthday parties at arcades an' it's really fun! i'm jes not sure how much money that'd cost or where the nearesst arcade is
