hi, before even starting to learn how to make Kandi I've always looked at the crossbody bags in awe because they're so detailed and pretty and I wanted to commission someone to do it or eventually do it myself, Since then I have learned to make some Kandi (I'm definitely still a beginner) but I have been looking a lot of kandi crossbody bags which rekindled my inspiration to make one. after looking at some patterns on here I decided I wanted to make my own pattern despite all the patterns being beautiful. I wanted one that identified with me (basically all the things I love in the pattern). My question is what size should a cross-body bag be I looked at the free patterns and saw 50x33 which seemed big but I'm not sure about the sides or straps. Honestly, any tips that you have picked up while making flat panels or videos you watched to learn would be great. also, tips on making a pattern the pattern I make will definitely be private because I'm not an expert but I just thought it'd be helpful to ask here. Thank you!
