my pattern didnt get accepted but i made it up by myself promise

Sometimes your patterns just dont get accepted.

Your pattern either gets accepted, or not, Based on votes. and if the vote percentage, is higher than about 30%, your pattern gets accepted. Sometimes your patterns won't be, If it's been reported, Or there are patterns already made/similar to the pattern you have created. (basing off of what I remember Crumpet talking about the voting system a bit ago)

Most of the patterns created, dont get accepted or stuck on the "Approving pattern" Becuase there are so many patterns being made, and so many sitting in the pending patterns.

So, if you were worried about being in trouble or something, You most likely not.
