Anyone know how to clean a peach pit?

Alexanders_Ghost 7/15/2023 06:18 pm 877

I have a peach pit that i want to make a necklace out of but first i have to figure out how to get the peach remnants off. Any suggestions on how to do that? Also if u know how to prevent mold that would be great but its not my main concern atm. Thanks!! 514c877238924_rainbowsmile.gif6309092ccd2a7_windsock.gif

maybe try using a toothpick or an old toothbrush? ive never cleaned out a peach pit b4, so idk if it will work. also, maybe try paining resin/modge podge on the pit to preserve it too. once again, ive never done this b4, so idk if it will work. good luck!!awesome1

No idea, but there are a bunch of places with instructions for beading with seeds. Maybe search for that?

maybe to prevent mold you can put some sort of sealant spray or cover it in the thin layer of UV resin??? Idk but that’s what I would try kao big grin

Maybe you could use an old toothbrush to scrub out the spots and let it dry in the sun on a paper towel
