How do y’all manage to do the tiny pearler beads

so I recently got some of the itty-bitty pearler beads but the only issue is, is that the ‘tweezers’ (they’re a pair of needlenose jewlery pliers but whatevr) I use get stuck in the tiny holes and I have to use the dumb plastic tweezers to try to get them off. I have been debating whether or not I should get the metal tweezers but I am so perpetually broke lmaoo

so yah does anyone have any tips/cheap/stuff u can find @ home alternatives for making/placing down the tiny pearlers so they don’t go everywhere??? They’re so hard to keep in place while making stuff oml
