i use cloth covered elastic, just pull the string tight!! (just not too tight)

ive heard some ppl use fishing line tho so maybe that's a good alternative w04

Nahh, it should be fine like anything peyote stitched. Just don't cram, like, a dozen box cutters into the bag.

personally I use cloth covered it seems to work really well for me and I use a type that’s a little thicker than others so it holds up well the only down side for me is that every time I need to add more string the knot really fringes up (I just use target brand it’s not that expensive and comes with a lot and good quality

Fishing wire or dental string- its sturdy so the bag won't stretch. I used crystal elastic for my first bag and i live in fear it will snap apart.

i use cloth covered elastic string for all my bags:]
the thing i do is just pull the string a lot and hold it in place, so the bag won’t be too loose or floppy!

but be careful if you pull the string! sometimes i pull way too hard and it snapskao sick not a single bag of mine has ever broken tho:]
